Hi everyone, just to inform you that I have resigned from my current job. This is cos I have interested from a distributor from the US who is interested in my game. Their website is www.bigfishgames.com and they are the biggest online casual game distributor in the world. So anyway, they emailed me saying they would like to see my game on their website.

Hi all, just an update. Paola got the job as an art director in Terengganu. We drove down the other day to check it out. Kuala Terengganu just got city status, so its quite small. The studio is really big though. The state government wants to make itself a regional hub for animation and are pumping in quite a lot of money. The main aim of the studio now is to train up the people and for that they have some filipino lecturers, 2 creative directors from the US and 1 producer from canada. The 3 angmohs are all quite nice, the creative directors are really young, around 25-26. Accomodation is provided, and its in a new housing development. The good thing is that all 3 rooms have bathroom attached...heheh. Its around a 10 minute walk to the beach, but we didn't check it out. Apparently the one near the house is ok only, the nicer ones have to go further, and of course redang is 30minutes ferry away.

Hi everyone, thanks for praying. Paola sends her thanks as well. So she went to the interview and it went really well. They offered her a job, pay increase and she gets to work as an Art Director for an interesting series. They also provide accomodation right next to the beach. Which leads me to where she has been offered to work...Terengganu! They have a new studio there which needs experienced people to train up the locals and that would be her job. So she is now considering this and has another interview next week.

Paola called up her old boss who was quite happy to hear from her. So tomorrow morning she is going to go for an interview. Pray things will go well.

I've recently been using a neti pot for my blocked nose. Paola saw it on oprah and after researching it on the net, i decided to buy one. A neti pot is something like a teapot, but you fill it with lightly salted warm water and stick it up your nose. Then tilt your head to the side and let the water flow through your nasal cavities and let it flush all the gunk out. It really works! I use it quite regularly, whenever i feel my nose a bit stuffy and it cleans it through. I bought mine for 15 ringgit here at yoga centre, but its basically a plastic teapot you jam up your nostril. Make sure to put some salt, if not it feels like you snorted swimming pool water.
